This one of a kind fashion is sewn entirely by hand from rich blue vintage Thai silk and fully lined in cotton batiste. Dress fastens with metal snaps and has a separate belt with rhinestone buckle that also fastens with a snap. Hat is hand sewn from silk with ribbon roses and rhinestone finding. Fashion includes dress, belt, and hat only.
